How our data works
FooSports is powered by professional, licensed sports data feeds — the same class of source used by broadcasters and bookmakers. During live matches, scores and statuses refresh every minute on the server and update automatically in your browser. Lineups, events and match statistics appear as soon as they are officially published.
We follow a strict show-only-what-is-confirmed policy: if a lineup has not been announced or a statistic has not been published, the section simply does not appear. No estimates, no filler.
Accuracy and corrections
Football data changes fast — goals are reassigned, cards rescinded, kickoff times moved. Our pipeline re-checks fixtures, squads and statistics on rolling schedules, so upstream corrections propagate to every affected page automatically, usually within minutes.
Independence
FooSports is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA or any league, club or federation. All club names, badges and competition marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
